Color and Texture Selection Guide
Decorative - Key Quartz Systems are composed of 100% solids clear epoxy resin filled with a variety of graded quartz, marble or ceramic fillers which can be modified to create the best design mix for ideal performance and appearance. A wide selection of gloss and satin finish coats are available for varying appearance and exposure requirements. When specified 1/8 or thicker, Key Quartz Systems can be installed with a Key Waterproofing Membrane and Crack Isolation Membrane to produce waterproof, crack resistant systems. Key Quartz Systems are available in a variety of standard color blends and standard colors. Custom Color Blends are available with some limitations. Please allow extra lead time for production. Custom Blends are subject to approval, minimum quantity requirements and extra charges.
Industrial - Key Mortar Systems are two component, 100% solids epoxy/aggregate systems ideal for areas needing protection from high traffic, impact, thermal shock and chemical attack. Designed for a variety of applications, Key Mortar Systems are highly versatile flooring systems which can be tailored to specific needs. Key Mortar Systems when installed 1/8 inch or thicker, can also include Key Waterproofing membranes to produce waterproof, crack resistant systems. An integral cove base can be installed in areas requiring seamless wall to floor coating.
Secondary Containment - Key Contain utilizes Key Resin Company's Epoxy Novalac Coatings in a wide range of secondary containment applications. Key Contain can be installed as a coating, slurry, or mortar to meet various chemical and heat resistance needs.
Key Contain is a crack-resistant interior/exterior system designed especially for secondary containment applications. An integral cove bas can be installed in areas requiring seamless wall to floor coatings.
Key Contain is standard for secondary containment applications, protecting the substrate and the environment from extreme chemical exposure in many applications.
Elastomeric Systems - Elastomeric Urethane and Flexible epoxy systems specially formulated for areas needing protection from high traffic, impact, structural vibration, and crack resistance such as mechanical equipment rooms, showers and parking structures. Key Lastic Systems are installed to 1/8" to 3/16" thickness. An integral cove base can be installed in conjunction with Key Lastic Systems in areas requiring seamless wall to floor coatings.

Epocon Underlayment - Epocon uses a unique epoxy technology which allows the contractor to install epoxy systems on new concrete (4-5 days old) without fear of moisture entrapment. Epocon is used as a base for Key Quartz Systems and as a binder for Key Mortar Systems when moisture is a concern.
