Commercial stone, fabricated at scale.

Office towers, healthcare facilities, multi-family communities, and churches across the country are built with stone fabricated in our facility. One 52,080 sq ft shop, family owned since 1970, one point of contact from takeoff to install or delivery.

What We Deliver

Four disciplines, one commercial scope.

Whatever the spec calls for, it runs through our shop, one company start to finish — no subcontracted-out surprises. Our commercial work normally arrives through a general contractor or architect who has already written the spec; our job is to price it accurately the first time, hold that number through the schedule, and provide on time delivery. Need help with design? We can handle that too. Our in-house CAD department can help bring your project to life.

We can quote directly off construction documents or your cut sheets. That means fewer surprises about stone, fewer change orders when areas are missed, and a fabrication timeline built around your critical path instead of ours. On multi-phase work — a healthcare tower releasing floors in stages, an apartment community handing over buildings in waves — we can stage fabrication and delivery to match, so material isn't sitting on a laydown yard while the rest of the job catches up.

Materials We Work With

All materials, one shop.

Whatever the spec calls for, we fabricate it in-house — no material gets subcontracted to a second shop.

How It Works

From spec to install, on a GC's schedule.

Commercial jobs don't move like a homeowner's kitchen remodel — there's a bid package, a critical path, and a schedule every trade is tracked against. Here's how a typical project runs through our shop.

01

Quote & Takeoff

Send us the construction documents — finish schedule, elevations, spec section — and we return a line-item quote your estimator can drop straight into the bid, not a rough per-square-foot guess.

02

Template, Order & Fabricate

Once a contract is signed, we can perform digital templating of the areas or fabricate off your approved shop drawings, place the material order, and fabricate in-house at our Missouri City shop — cutting, edging, and finishing to tight tolerances.

03

Install & Turn Over

We install on time, with our own people, not a subcontracted install team we don't control. We know finishing trades get squeezed when the work ahead of us runs long, so we stay flexible as the schedule moves and hold our window once it's set. Punch-list items get closed out fast because one company cut the stone, installed it, and punches it.

Got a bid package or a set of plans? Send them over and we'll quote the stone scope.

Where We've Worked

Commercial stone across every building type.

If it's under construction in the southwest United States, chances are we've quoted the stone package for something like it.

Common Questions

What GCs, architects & developers ask us.

Is there a minimum project size for commercial work?

There's no hard cutoff, but our shop is built for volume — full-floor office packages, multi-building apartment communities, healthcare wings, church campuses. A single reception desk or small buildout is easier to route through our Kitchen & Bath team; if you're specifying stone for a whole building or phased development, that's squarely commercial scope.

What are typical lead times once we sign off?

It depends on material and scope, but expect several weeks from an approved template to delivered, fabricated stone for domestic materials already in our inventory. Imported natural stone lots that have to be ordered and staged from a quarry or importer add time up front — we'll tell you the real number for your specific material at quoting, not a generic estimate.

How does commercial quoting actually work — is it per square foot?

We quote from your construction documents, not a flat per-square-foot rate. Send finish schedules, elevations, and the relevant spec section and we'll return a line-item number your estimator can drop directly into the bid package, broken out by material and area so it's easy to value-engineer if budget gets tight.

Do you fabricate on-site or in your shop?

All cutting, edging, honing, and finishing happens in our 52,080 sq ft Missouri City shop. Crews only come to your site to template and to install. That keeps dust, noise, and liability off your job site and holds tighter tolerances than field-cut stone ever will.

How do you work around a GC schedule that's already in motion?

We integrate into whatever look-ahead the job is running. Give us a two-to-three-week window for install and we'll hold to it — including staging fabrication in phases on multi-building or multi-floor jobs so material shows up in the order the schedule actually needs it, not all at once.

Where does the material come from — can we spec a specific stone?

Yes. We source through established quarry and importer relationships and select individual slab lots ourselves rather than buying sight-unseen, so what arrives matches what was approved. We nest parts into the slab size to provide accurate yields — it's part of what keeps our bids competitive on large takeoffs, ensuring we have enough material to finish the job.

Ready When You Are

Send us the spec — we'll quote the stone.
